patient.perspectives
Researching melanoma and listening to doctor's explanations can give us a lot of knowledge and insight. But sometimes it is good to hear about treatments and experiences from the patient's point of view. Blogs as well as links to bulletin board posts that have good information are provided below. They help give the patient perspective.
Melanoma
Melanoma - A malignant neoplasm derived from cells that are capable of forming melanin, which may occur in the skin of any part of the body, in the eye, or, rarely, in the mucous membranes of the genitalia, anus, oral cavity, or other sites.
